Could Fungisan cure ringworm in kittens?

I recently got 2 kittens from a home advertising in the paper, and one had missing spots of hair (the shorter haired of the two). When I asked what was wrong, they said they had scratched the hair off because they had bad fleas…too which they did. They also said they were a month and a half. Well after instense combing I decreased they’re fleas considerably. Although after that they still lost hair in patches and soon his “armpits” were raw. We the thought sarcoptic mange, but then after a few days my boyfriend had spots that developed into ringworm. He’s never had it before and he had the most contact. I then looked up ringworm for cats and the symptoms were spot on, we called around and basically all the vets told us that they wouldn’t work on my kittens bc they are really young. I looked up products that were local (ie. Petsmart/Petco) and found fungisan a spray on anti-septic. It had the chemical that is know to kill ringworm so we tried it, after one application the hair started to grow back we continued for 4 days straight. Since the directions said to continue till hair grows back. They’ve been seperated for about a week and a half. The one with the missing hair, looks so much better, it was bad now he’s a handsome devil.
I guess I want to know if anyone out there could give me some incite on this product and its ultimate healing ability or if it had worked for them

i adopted 2 kittens who came home with ringworm. i went through hundreds of dollars of vet treatments, which didn’t work. i also later found out that the medication they sold me for $20 was exactly the same as over-the-counter human medication sold for about $5.

anyways, i have also found at PetSmart a spray called Fungisan, which seems to be working really well on my kittens. it’s easy to use and inexpensive, and my kittens are growing their hair back and doing really well.
