pekepoo and ear infection?
about 7 months ago i got a gorgeous pekepoo that had been abused and neglected. over these 7 months we’ve battled everything from bad worms, to sarcoptic mange, to bad untreated allergies, to almost anything bad you can think of. also during this whole process we found out that he has a chronic yeast infection in his ears. the vet and i have tried several kinds of medicines to treat this ear infection, but it doesnt seem to be helping that much, if any…We are on our second round of Zymox medicine, and we’re running out of medicines to try and get rid of this. does anybody know how serious a yeast infection is his ears actually is? and does anybody have any other ideas for treatment?????
As serious as: it can cause permanent deafness, and while it’s active, it’s torture for the dog.
Stop feeding commercial dog food and switch to feeding him the natural diet for dogs: raw meat with bones.
Yeast infections feed on carbohydrates; you have to stop feeding them. He doesn’t need them.
My dog eats raw/prey model; this is where I learned how. Try it for a few months and watch how your dog improves.

yeast infection could cause your dog to loose his hearing..and it’s very painful for your dog..the vet will give you a salve to put in the ear to clear it up…i had to put it in my large poms ear 3 times a day..they don’t like it because the ears sore..she only had yeast infection once..but to be safe i bought a extra tube…
